Total Corporate Wellness Package
Complete wellness package, designed to decrease employee health premium costs and improve workplace productivity and morale. Includes the following:
•One monthly Wellness Assessment for each employee: Health interviews and evaluations are performed by a corporate personal trainer at the your worksite.
•Complete individualized fitness and nutrition program design for each employee. Customized exercise and diet programs are delivered to your employees via e-mail. Includes online support, exercise photos and videos, and free wellness article database.
•One monthly 60 Minute Wellness Workshop at corporate site: includes topics such as Stress Management, Wellness in the Workplace, and Travel Exercise & Nutrition.
•Pricing: All prices include combined employer/employee contribution. Corporations are responsible for collecting employee contribution via salary deduction or pay-in program. Employer payments are then made to Fit First Chicago via secure online direct debit (recommended) or monthly paper billing. Corporations are only billed for the actual number of employees enrolled in the program.

One 60 minute Wellness Seminar at your corporate site, including topics such as Stress
Management, Wellness in the Workplace, and Travel & Exercise Nutrition. Recommended on a monthly basis. Price: $250/seminar
Corporate Group Personal Training Package:
For 4 weeks, a corporate group of 8-12 employees can work with a fitness and diet
expert at the corporate site gym or health facility. The entire group meets with a personal trainer for a group exercise program once a week for 1 hour. Price: $2100
Corporate Individual Personal Training:
We offer innovative online employee fitness programs and wellness strategies that
allow employees to easily access their fitness program from anywhere in the world. It doesn't matter whether your gym is at a corporate facility, off-site club, home, or hotel room - all workouts are customized based on each employee's personal profile, fitness
level, and exercise equipment access. Normally, individual personal training with Fit First Chicago is $100/session. However, any employee involved with a corporation currently signed up for any of the above packages receives an automatic 15% discount on
individual personal training.
Corporate Consulting & Facility Design:
Whether you are renovating an existing facility or building a new fitness center, we
provides certified consulting services to assist you in creating a well-planned and dynamic facility that offers safety, performance, and aesthetic appeal. We will work closely with your design team to develop a facility that minimizes risk while offering potential for the highest possible facility utilization and employee satisfaction. Features include facility layout, equipment recommendations, budget planning, demographic analysis, and safety regulation.
Price: based on bid. (Note to reader: I usually determine how many hours I anticipate putting into the project, then bid at $150/hr).
Executive Health Screening:
With our access to a full range of medical, physiologic, and biomechanics procedures, Fit First Chicago can offer executives a safe and effective way to screen for potential exercise risks and to track fitness parameters. The staff of nutritionists, physiologists, physical therapists, and physicians associated with Fit First Chicago can provide a full spectrum of health information and advise an executive on proper steps to minimize
health risks and maximize effectiveness of an exercise or diet program. The executive health screening consists of the following procedures:
-Body composition testing
-Nutritional consultation with registered dietitian
-Exercise and resting metabolic testing
-Blood lactate testing
-Gait analysis
-Sweat sodium analysis
This is a gold-standard screening program right at your backdoor, and can easily be included with a corporate wellness bid.
